Overview

The Avaya CRMGateway Snap-in enables the Avaya Oceana solution to access and retrieve customer records from CRM systems such as SAP, OpenCRX, Siebel, etc.

Highlights

  • Developers can use the Avaya CRMGateway libraries available in the SDK to implement an adapter that can communicate with a CRM Entity.
  • Beginning with Avaya Oceana Solution release 3.6, one CRM is supported per Avaya Oceana solution deployment.
  • The Avaya CRMGateway snap-in provides an external mapper file, which maps fields required by the Avaya Oceana solution to the fields in the actual CRM.
